Transcriptomics Landscape of Medulloblastoma

Downloaded RNA Seq data of Medulloblastoma (MB) from GEO database and performed DESeq2 analysis to find differentially express gene. Genes which were specific for subtypes were identified and logistic regression was performed for claasification of the sybtypes.

Created Deep Neural Network model of MLP and CNN to predict higher dimensional features of Molecular dynamic simulation from it's lower-dimensioanl features.

Multi-Omics-Based Study to Explore the Therapeutic Potential of Repurposed Drug by Targeting PI3K/AKT/mTOR Pathway in Group-3 Medulloblastoma

Treated Group-3 Medulloblastoma cells, HD-MB03 with NGI-1. Next, employed proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics analysis using high throughput mass spectrometry. Performed primary and secondary data analysis. Visulize the data using R and python. Integrated each omics layer based on biological pathways.

Decoding The Structural And Functional Secrets Of Streptococcus Pneumoniae Ftsz Protein: A Holistic Approach Through Molecular Cloning To Spectroscopic Techniques.

Clonned Ftsz protein in E. coli vector for production of Ftsz protein. After that, employed protein purification techniques to isolate pure Ftsz protein. Next, bioinformatics and various spectrometry techniques like UV-Vis Spectrometry, Circular Dichorism, Spectroflurometry employed to decipher the structural and functional character of the protein.

Isolated soil-bacteria from high pesticide content soil of Indian field using Cypermethrin containing media.Characterizes the bacteria based on biochmical test like gram staining, motility test, IMViC test, nitrate reduction, urease test, catalase test, TSI agar, Mc-Conky agar, EMB agar analysis. Isoalted plasmid from the bacteria using conventinal plasmid isolation.
